Training Measurement Process

All evaluation models contain the following steps:

  1. Identifying evaluation GOALS
  2. Developing an evaluation DESIGN AND STRATEGY
  3. Selecting and constructing MEASUREMENT TOOLS
  4. ANALYZING DATA
  5. REPORTING DATA
